Later, he incorporated another company Infinite Success Farms & Industries Ltd, before Deep Ocen Oil & Dredging Services Ltd, where he is still the CEO. He has contributed immensely to the develpoment of maritime industry in Nigeria. He is member of South-east Ndi Igbo, Lagos (Coordinator Maritime Sector), member, igbo in Commerce Association, Member League of Anambra Professionals (LAP), Member Indi Igbo Lagos. His professional affiliations include Nigeria-American Chamber of Commerce, 2004, Nigeria British Chamber of Commerce, 2000, Chartered Institute of Professional Managers and Administrators, USA (CIPMA), 2013, World Trade centre of Nigeria (World TradeCenters Association), 2000 and member ofGreater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce USA (2005). He holds a Master degree in Transport and Planning (MTP) from Lagos State University, HND Transport/Maritime Management (Federal University of Technology, Owerri), OND in Business Administration (University of Ibadan, Oyo State), among others. He is a member, Chartered Institute of Freight Forwarders. He has over 27years managerial experience and is married with children.

Over 20 years experience in the oil and gas sector. Prior to joining the Board of Deep Ocean Oil, he was a partner in GNL Securities Europe as the Head of the Oil and Gas, Research team, and responsible for initiating coverage and finance of over 36 international E&P Companies. Peter also previously held positions with many other oil and gas companies in West Africa as Sector Director of Oil and Gas research.

The Marketing Manager of the company. He is a graduate of Electrical Engineering with Second Class Upper Division from Bayero University, Kano. He is a member of COREN and Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) he has experience in the electricity industry for about 15 years during which he rose to managerial status. Prior to joining Deep Ocean Oil Limited, Chigozie Ubah was the Technical Adviser and Chief of Staff to the immediate past Minister of Commerce & Industry (2007-2008). In the discharge of this function, he played the key role in evolving the New Industrial Development Policy of Nigeria and its implementation, in developing the New Commodities Market for the country e.g Rice, Cement, Flour, Tomato and Grains. In the same capacity, he was also responsible for the Recapitalisation of the Bank of Industry. Mr Ubah firstly holds a BA from University of Nigeria, Nsukka in Cultural Studies (1990) before going on to acquire a BSc and then MSc in Economics from Phoenix University. This he did on scholarship programmes of the governments of the respective countries.

Mr. Shaibu is a executive Director, Admin & Human Resources. He is a member of Nigerian Institute of Management, the Director holds Post Graduate Diploma in Management and Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) and has acquired 30 years experience in Administration and Personnel Management.

Dr. Eze oversees investments, financing activities, risk management, performance analysis, and investor relationships for DEEP OCEAN OIL Limited. Before now, Dr. Ezeh has more than 25 years of experience in investment and portfolio management obtained from senior positions in the Europe and Africa. From 2005 to 2008, he was the Deputy Chief Investment Officer (Deputy Director) and Co-Head of Alternative Investments with the $100 billion New Jersey Division of Investment (NJDOI) with direct responsibility for $3.5 billion in real estate investments and $1.5 billion of the infrastructure allocation.

Mr. S. Samari is the Chief Account of Deep Ocean with over thirteen years experience in accounting job. He holds Maters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University, Bauchi. He is a member of the following professional bodies: ANAN, ICPA and Chartered Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Nigeria. He worked with Union Bank Plc, Dormier Aviation, Trans-Sahara Airlines Ltd, Dangote Group and South West Penman Pensions Limited before joining Deep Ocean Oil.

Mr. Owowa has served as Deputy Managing Director in many oil and gas companies situated in Lagos and its environs for a period spanning over 20 years. Since leaving the Government parastatal, Owowa is a private businessman and a consultant to the mining, energy, infrastructure and real estate industries in Nigeria.
